CUSTOM FINGER PRINT SUBMISSION:

1. Place your order.

2. Photograph or scan your fingerprint (ink pad and paper will due or print kit available upon request) Email the file to deanna@deannacochranjewelry.com (we will contact you within 48 hours if we have not received your artwork).

3. Prior to making your piece we will email a digital proof for approval or changes (please allow up to 2 weeks for digital proofs).

4. Once you approve your digital proof, our artist will create your piece.

LEAD TIME: Custom designs are handmade one at a time and take approximately 3 weeks to create for shipment. You will have the opportunity to review a digital proof prior making your piece.

SIZING NOTE: If you have questions regarding sizing please contact us before ordering. We highly suggest that you request one of our ring sizers, to be mailed to you, to ensure fit. This can be done when you place your order. Just make a note in the comments of your order. Many of the custom rings designs may be harder to resize after it is made. Because custom designs are not returnable, ensuring correct size will eliminate additional time and expense involved with shipping and sizing after your ring is made.
